Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and your choices.

1) What we collect

Account info: name, email, company, roles.
Usage info: pages used, actions (for security and product improvement).
Content you add: documents, metadata, labels, shares, and settings.
Device info: browser, OS, IP (for security, fraud, and abuse prevention).

2) How we use data

To run the service: uploads, OCR, search, sharing, alerts, backups.
To keep you safe: detect abuse, protect accounts, maintain reliability.
To improve SVD: fix bugs, understand features, and plan upgrades.
To communicate: send important notices, billing info, and support replies.

3) OCR and processing

If you enable OCR or other processing features, we parse content to extract text and structure so you can search, label, and organize. We store results in your workspace. We don't sell your data.

4) Sharing

We don't share your content with advertisers.
We use trusted providers (e.g., hosting, OCR) to run SVD. They must keep your data safe and only use it to provide the service to you.
You control external sharing via share links, expiry, PIN, and watermark.

5) Data retention

We keep your content while your account is active or as needed for legal, security, and backup reasons. You can delete files or close your account; some logs may remain for a limited time.

6) Your choices

Access and update your profile.
Download or delete content you control.
Adjust sharing controls, DLP, and residency settings where available.
Unsubscribe from non-essential emails.

7) Security

We use industry security controls and monitoring. No system is perfect, but we work to protect your data and notify you of serious incidents as the law requires.

8) Children

Our service is not for children under the legal age of consent in your region.

9) Changes

We may update this policy. We'll post the new date above and, for major changes, try to notify you. Continued use means you accept the changes.
